Amfora's journey began in the 1950s, during the mid-20th century, in Slovakia. It was founded by the Saiti brothers, whose roots traced back to Rechitsa of Tetovo. The father of the current owners had a strong passion for creating unique and exceptional confectionery products.

Consequently, in 1953, Amfora was relocated to Belgrade, the capital of the former Yugoslavia, where some of the founder's sons were residing.

In 1957, the Saiti brothers opened the first Amfora shop in Tetovo, incorporating their experiences from Slovakia and Belgrade, along with the same unwavering strategy and mission.
